General Information

Priden was established in 1988 to service the specific requirements of the road transport industry primarily the animal feed sector and stainless steel fabrication. Since this time we have built our reputation based on quality and service, but now due to the companies continued growth and diversity we are now offering wider range of products for the road transport industry.

The Priden Engineering Group has expanded to over 60 employees occupying two factories of 13500 and 6000 square feet, set in a 2.5 acre site.

The Group is divided into four main operational departments.

One department is concerned with the design, manufacture & servicing of machinery for the food and beverage industries. The second with the manufacture, fitting and servicing of bulk handling and pneumatic discharge systems on commercial vehicles and the third developing a complete range of aluminium components for commercial vehicles. Including bespoke fuel tank design, wet kit fitment, or additional health and safety requirements. The fourth and newest addition to the Priden Group specializes in the manufacture of Commercial Vehicle Bodies.  Alloy tippers, GRP box vans, beaver tails, and curtainsiders are just some of the new products available. Priden as a group can offer a complete range of products to suit all your commercial vehicle needs.

All departments boast a team of experienced sales, design and project engineers.  Computer aided design and drafting systems are extensively used to meet customers requirements and solve their processing and transportation problems.  The engineering staff operate from a purpose built workshop complete with fabrication and assembly areas, fully equipped machine shop and testing stations.
