At Priden, we also have an extended network of dealers and agents that are available to assist with any of your requirements. Along with this national network we also offer a mobile sales unit that can provide stock components for all aspects of your road transport requirements.

• Guarantee aluminium components for two years
• Technical assistance over the telephone or in person
• Breakdown service through a national network of dealers and agents

As mentioned above, all prices quoted by Priden Engineering are fully inclusive of technical advice and support prior to and subsequent to placing an order.

What we aim to provide as a standard brand service are the following:

• Telephone calls returned within three hours
• Quotations supplied within twenty four hours of enquiry
• Supply orders within two weeks of order being placed (subject to chassis delivery and requirements)
• Detailed Cad 2D or 3D technical drawings of products to be supplied on request
